Ms. Tania Aslam is Manager Relationships at Business Beam Pvt. Limited. She leads corporate learning division, supervises business development and client relationship management activities.  She has over four (4) years of experience in the Information Technology sector in various roles and capacities.

Tania is specialist and experienced in Training Management, Client Relationship Management, Event Management, Services Marketing, Project Management (Web Based Projects), Complaint Handling, Contract Handling, Negotiation and Pre – Sales Consultancy. She has managed/arranged more than fifty (50) trainings with national and international trainers including open-enrollment and client specific trainings.

Before joining the Business Beam Pvt. Limited, she was the managing Pakistan Bank’s Association website as Research Officer at Ingress System and Support Services, Karachi. She supervised the team of designer, developers, and data entry operators at that position.

Tania has done Masters in Computer Science and Masters in Food and Nutrition from University of Agriculture, Faisalabad. She has also done diploma in Marketing and Sales Management from Pakistan Management Institute, Karachi. She has attended several training courses in Marketing, Sales Management, Event Management, IT, quality, process improvement and management.
